Once a payment goes through, payment processing fees are non refundable to Globo Arte and to buyer.

Globo Arte is not responsible if the customer drops or damage(s) their item(s), if you item arrived damaged, you have 24 hours to contact us from the time the delivery tracking shows the package is delivered.

Globo Arte is not responsible for lost/damaged packages. If you items arrives damaged contact us as soon as possible.

If the wrong item was shipped to you, email Globo Arte, make sure to add the subject line to you email so we can attend it quickly, send proof of your product and information and a picture of the items that you received, we will make it right!!

When filling out at check out you must include your FULL address, don't forget your house/app/unit etc.

Globo Arte is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the customer.

If the address mistake was made before a constomer receives their confirmation email they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting Globo Arte. The customer has 24 hours to reach out, otherwise, there's no further action that can be done to resolve the issue.
